If, when you log into the dialler, your soft phone client (Bria, Ninja or Other) is not ringing then please try the following before submitting a support ticket.

Log out of the Dialler and exit your Softphone Software

Restart your Softphone Software.

When it is fully loaded, log back into the dialler
Please Note: You must click "Softphone" and "Exit" in Bria in order to close it, pressing the "X' button does not close the program
