If, when you log into the dialler, your soft phone client (Bria, Ninja or Other) is not ringing then please try the following before submitting a support ticket.


  1. Log out of the Dialler and exit your Softphone Software
  2. Restart your Softphone Software. 
  3. When it is fully loaded, log back into the dialler

Please Note: You must click "Softphone" and "Exit" in Bria in order to close it, pressing the "X' button does not close the program
